Appointments

Appointments can be made during office hours by calling 480.325.5885. Our office hours are Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Friday: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m. - 1:00 p.m..

After Hours & Emergency Care

If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week at 480.325.5885.

Prescription Renewals

Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that that patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.

Financial

All office visits are payable at the time of service. In an effort to "Go Green", we no longer mail paper statements when there are patient balances due. Our process includes personally contacting our patients by phone or email to notify them of a balance due and collecting the payment in full. We accept cash, checks, money orders and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our billing office should you have any financial questions or concerns.
